- Electronic signatures created through Signaturo have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures

- You will not challenge the validity of electronic signatures solely because they are in electronic form

5. User Responsibilities

- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Upload documents containing illegal or harmful content
- Forge signatures or misrepresent your identity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Use the Services to transmit malware or malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
6. Document Content
You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that:

- Your content does not violate any laws or these Terms
- You have obtained necessary consents from third parties whose information appears in your documents
7. Subscription Plans and Payments
Free Plan
Our free plan includes limited features and document allowances as specified on our pricing page. Free plans may be subject to usage limitations.
Paid Plans
Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law. We may offer refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Price Changes
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Signaturo and MFIS Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Conduct emergency maintenance as needed

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNATURO AND MFIS GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
- SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR COMPUTER DAMAGE
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signaturo, MFIS Group, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you upload or share through the Services
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
- You must cease all use of the Services
- We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
17. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Signaturo.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
